Fantastic work to Tyson for talking at our Reconciliation Week Assembly. This week he also had the opportunity to do some weaving!
Today we needed to include:
- a shades of meaning word for laugh
- quotation marks
- a rule word (When a word ends in 'y', change it to an 'i' and add 'es'
- Courtesy rule - put the other person first (i.e. Sally and I went to the shops).
Check out our work below!
Today we are learning to critique websites.
This is because we need to identify effective formats and layouts which suit a purpose and audience for a website.
What i'm looking for is a completed PMI chart for at least 3 websites and some great collaboration!
We practiced improving our communication skills by directing a lolly into our buddies mouth. We practiced trusting our friends by following instructions without being able to see!
WALT - Connect with a wider audience via blogs.
TIB - Jobs in the future will require everyone to be a global citizen, this includes connecting to and communicating with a wider audience.
5/6C have been completing a range of spelling activities to learn their new spelling words for the week. Check out these spelling word raps! Check out the comments below to find out about some of the other activities we completed.
